Don't Miss

Today’s haul – October 21st

I didn’t think I would be back this week but I made it! I worked hard yesterday to get together 16 (16!!!) separate shipments to Amazon warehouses and had UPS pick it up today. So, now that I am finally caught up and the merchandise is on it’s where to where it belongs I am ready to start shopping again and work on the next shipment.

Unfortunately, this is still a busy week with a half day tomorrow and no school Friday so I most likely won’t be doing any more trips this week but one is better than none and it will give me a head start on next week.

I had about an hour this morning before I had to report to second grade and help the kids with a spelling project so I swung into the two closest stores.

Here is how I did:

The Skate and Trick Puppy – paid $2.97 and listed for $55.

The Ty Jinglepup – paid $1 and listed for $7.

The Ty 1997 Holiday Bear – paid $1 and listed for $4.95. I really need to leave those beanie babies on the shelf. Very rarely are they worth my time.

The Madeline Puppet – paid $1.97 and listed for $35.

The Guinness Tin sign – paid $3.97 and listed for $25.

The Chip and Dale hat – paid $2.97 and listed for $45.

The Aflac Construction duck – paid 25 cents and listed for $28.

The Wilton cake pan – paid $1.25 and listed for $9.95.

The Nixies Vacay Cove Limited edition set – paid $2.50 and listed for $75.00.

The Miltenberg Germany puzzle – paid $1 and listed for $8.95.

The two kitten puzzles were 75 cents each and I listed for $35 each.

The precious moments teether/rattle – paid $1 and listed for $35.

The Perfection Game – this one I can’t list yet because it is missing 2 pieces. I found them on Ebay for a couple bucks so once I have them I will have to decide if I want to list it (probably for about $35) or keep it because I really, really loved this game as a kid and would love to see the kids playing it. I only paid $1 for it so either way definitely worth picking up!

The bottom line:

Total items listed: 13

Total Buy Cost: $21.38

Total Sales Value: $398.85

Total Net Profit: $270.10

I worked around 2 hours on this trip giving me a potential hourly wage of $135.05.

And with that I wish you all a wonderful weekend! I will be filling some grocery orders as needed but otherwise unless I can pop into a store quickly at some point this weekend I don’t expect to be back with another haul until Monday. Happy thrifting!!
