Today’s haul – October 19th

Hi there!

This is actually yesterday and today’s hauls. Yesterday I visited three Savers and one Salvation Army and today I visited one Savers and one Salvation Army. I did pretty well!

Because this time of year is crazy busy between Amazon, the kids, and just life in general I am going to stop sharing the breakdown of what I listed with each haul. I’ll still do the bottom line and as always if you see anything in the picture that you have a question about just ask in the comments and I will be happy to go into more detail!

Today’s bottom line:

Total items listed: 39

Total buy cost: $143.63

Total sales value: $1314.25

Total net profit: $826.77

Sales are definitely picking up. My payout this Tuesday was about 4 times what it was just two weeks before. From now until the end of January that should keep going up each week. It is definitely the best time of the year if you are an Amazon seller!

I found out this week that Amazon lost the box of items I sent over to test my first ever Private Label product. They were all in one box (47 items) that were part of a larger shipment and it looks like the entire box was lost. I’m sad because I was excited to see how they were going to sell but as usual Amazon made things right by reimbursing me $714 for the lost items. I am debating if I will be replacing them right now or waiting until after things settle down in February. It takes so long to get the shipment in from China that I don’t know that they would even be in and up for sale before the end of 4th quarter anyway. But, we’ll see… I am still thinking it over.

That’s it from me for today. The weather here this week is beautiful and I am thinking I may get out and do some more thrifting tomorrow. Friday I’ll be getting the shipment out and maybe doing a little shopping while I am out getting boxes in the morning. Then next week when the cold comes back I can dive back into creating listings for the items not on Amazon at least a few days.

Have a great night!

Stacy 🙂

  1. I’m glad to hear that Amazon will refund you when they mess up. Still disappointing though. Have a great 4th quarter!
