It is a rainy, dreary Monday here. I didn’t actually get out thrifting this morning because I had a vet appointment for our pup and a grocery trip to make but I did have a trip from Friday that I still haven’t shared and I managed to get it listed before my son got home today. So, I’m counting that as being productive! 🙂
I wound up keeping the Beanie Boo in the picture above to give my 8 year old daughter. She really loves these critters and doesn’t have one this big so that weighed against the small profit I would have made selling him made the decision to keep him an easy one. He’s tucked into her bed right now waiting for her to discover him after school!
Everything else was listed. Here are the best of the bunch:
The Pooh with the bubble popper walker – paid $3.99 and listed for $45.
The Natasha plush – paid $1.99 and listed for $35.
The Super Grover – paid $3.99 and listed for $45.
The Kohls Curious George Dino – paid $2.99 and listed for $25.
The Wilton 3D Bunny mold – yay Savers!! – paid $3.99 and listed for $25.
The Bob the Builder pillows – paid $3.99 each and listed for $45 each.
The American Girls Bitty Girls Tobogan – paid $3.99 and listed for $75.
The Puffalump Mouse – paid $2.99 and listed for $75.
The bottom line:
Total items listed: 13
Total Buy Cost: $39.87
Total Sales Value: $467.83
Total Net Profit: $309.50
Definitely a good haul considering it was just from one store and only 13 items. If nothing else it helps take some of the sting out of today’s vet bill. 🙂
I am planning on hitting a few stores the rest of the week so I’ll definitely be back soon. Have a great night!
